What happens next: We'll email you to confirm we've received your request. We may contact you to verify your identity before processing certain requests. For much of the information in our platform, OnlyHOA acts on behalf of your community or management company (the party that controls those records) — where that applies, we'll coordinate your request with them; for information OnlyHOA controls directly, we'll handle it ourselves. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable privacy law.
